Ukuthunga Handmade
Ukuthunga Handmade is a social enterprise based in Mpumalanga, South Africa focused on creating employment and skills development for women who do not have formal employment. The ladies are taught skills in crochet work to create beautiful handmade crochet products including adorable safari animal teddies. Originally a group of 5 women, the social enterprise has grown to now support around 60 women artisans in just 3 years.
