Return Policy | Handicraft Soul


All of our products are handmade. That being said, variations between products of the same variety will occur given the unique nature of handmade goods. In most cases, you will not receive the exact product that is pictured in the online product description, but one that is very similar.

We try our best to use product images on our site that accurately depict the colors and textures of each piece. However, due to variations between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that the images on your screen are a perfect portrayal of the actual product.

Returns
To initiate a return, please email hello@handicraftsoul.com for return address and more detailed instructions.

Most online returns are accepted within 15 days of the shipment date for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Proof of purchase is required to process the return.

If you are shipping an item(s) for return over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and shipping insurance is recommended. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).

We do our very best to ensure sturdy, safe packaging of our shipments, but in the unfortunate case of a broken or damaged good, a clear photo must be sent via email (hello@handicraftsoul.com) within 3 days of receipt. Instructions for return or exchange of the damaged good will be provided in a reply email.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
